Robert moved to Chatham Co., NC about 1774 and on to GA in 1785. He was granted land by virtue of Revolutionary Service (as a North Carolina Militia). Robert MOSELEY and three of his sons were in the Revolutionary War in NC, SC, and GA. Robert married Sara (TURPIN) LAND in VA in 1752. Have a list of children. We are looking expressly for Robert MOSELEY's father. He is believed to be Edward MOSELEY, JR., son of Edward MOSELEY, son of Arthur MOSELEY, son of William MOSELEY, the immigrand of VA.
