Bartholomew County, Indiana -- Marriages 1821 - 1920

This is an excellent 4 volume set of books compiled and published by Stultz Computer Services, These books were compiled from micro-filmed WPA records.
The first two volumes list, in alphabetical order by surname: the bride/groom, married to groom/bride, birthdate, date married, WPA reference #, original book and page number.
The 3rd and 4th volumes provide supplemental information available only for marriages from 1882 - 1920
The third volume lists, in alphabetical order by surname: the bride/groom, marriage date, age at marriage, father's name, mother's maiden name, and WPA reference # (for accuracy in reference to the other volumes).
The fourth volume is divided into two sections:
-- the 1st section lists, in alphabetical order by surname: the fathers' names, WPA ref. #, and name of bride or groom.
-- the 2nd section lists, in alphabetical order by surname: the mothers' maiden names, WPA ref #, and name of bride or groom.
These 3rd and 4th volumes are excellent sources for building family trees. In the 4th volume, you can often identify several groups of siblings with the same parents.
