    George Henry Clay Alderson, a son of George and eliza Ann (Davis)

Alderson, was born October 28, 1844 and died in Nicholas County WV

July 9, 1936. George married Mary C. Jones November 21 1871. He

married Sabina Huffman January 5, 1889.

    George served the Confederacy for three years in the Civil War in

Co A 14th VA Cavalry. After the war he moved from Fayette County to

Nicholas County WV.

    Roy Alderson, a son of George Henry Clay and Sabina (Huffman)

Alderson, was born in Nicholas County WV December 21, 1895 and died

there August 5, 1980. He married Hattie Hutchinson May 2, 1917.

Hattie, a daughter of John Morgan and Nancy Lola (Fitzwater)

Hutchinson, was born in Nicholas County August 2, 1892 and died August

31, 1965.
