1.WILLIAM D. BAXTER

 

    William D. Baxter was born in Greenbrier County Va (WV) March 25,

1795 And died in Braxton County WV April 1, 1881.  He married Ann C.

Sutton October 21, 1828.  Ann, a daughter of James and Caroline

(Steptoe) Sutton, was born October 17, 1804 and died in Braxton County

June 16 1874.
