offices of Township Clerk and Road Supervisor.
Mr. and Mrs. MILLER and oldest daughter are members of the M. E. Church.
He is a member of the A., F. & A. M. Lodge, of Youngstown, Ohio.
He enlisted in Girard, Oho, in the 171st Ohio National Guards,

parents removed to Richmond, Va., when he was quite young, and in short time to

lived a number of years, and learned the weaver’s trade.
After moving to different places, his parents went to the oil regions of
Pennsylvania, where they died. Mr.
R. came to this county in 1865, and settled where he now lives.
Has been married three times; first to Rachel S. MITCHELL, May 17, 1842;
they had one child—Rachel S.; Mrs. R. died in 1845. On the 18th day of June, 1848, he married Rachel
H. STRINGFIELD; they had a family of seven children, and Sept. 20, 1862, she
died. His third wife was Susan A.
DE HAVEN, whom he married July 12, 1865; they had five children, and on March 4,
1877, she died. Mr. R. is now
living alone. Politically, he is a
Republican. Owns 200 acres of land,
