Two new projects have been launched:
The "1870 Federal Census Transcription Project" was initiated with Carroll City, Carroll Township Part A, and Carroll Township Part B.
The "History of Towns" project was initiated with Lidderdale.

Vital record pages have been added: Marriages 1854-68, Marriages 1868-74, Marriages 1880-81, Births - 1880, and Deaths 1880-81.

New county coordinator Ralph Leonard takes over. A "List of Cemeteries" site was created and linked.
Site is given a new look, many photographs are optimized, and several little problems like broken links are fixed. Some pages are re-written. Some editing was done. The search engine was brought up to date. He called his daughter because today is her birthday, and went grocery shopping. --Whew! Hi everyone! I am honored to be the coordinator for Carroll County!
