families who came to Decatur Co. in the 1850's. Most of the families are

A small 59 pg booklet "Entered according to Act of Congress, in
the year 1892, By J.S.Clark, Historian, In the office of the Librarian
of Congress, at Washington. Des Moines: Waters-Talbott Printing Co., 1892."
This is a record of "Their Deeds and Sufferings in Battle and Field"
and also lists a roster of field and staff officers of the 34th before
and after consolidation, and the following companies with the men's ranks:
Company A: Decatur County, Company B: Warren County, Company C:
Warren County, Company D: Warren County, Company E: Lucas County, Company
F: Wayne County, Company G: Lucas County, Company H: Warren County, Company
I: Decatur County, (No company J), Company K: Lucas County.
There is also a partial list of survivors with addresses.
