My Iowa ancestors lived in New York in 1806 before starting a gradual movement west. They lived in Ohio a few years, then passed through Lee County, Iowa in 1850 to finally settle in Shelby County Iowa. If this format to track your people works for you, feel free to adopt it. BEEBE From England 1650 to Connecticut, Ohio 1840 to Shelby Co. Iowa 1851, then to Missouri 1857, Texas1900, Oklahoma until 1930, then Arkansas. WILLIAMSON From New York 1806, Ohio 1831, Iowa 1849 where they lived out their lives at Galland's Grove in Shelby County.
