MILLER FARM PLOT:

Walter Miller farm NE corner Section 7, presently located on the homesite of Doctor Edwin James. The homesite is on the brow of the hill 1 block S.E. near the Power Lines of an old rock querry.

Directions, start at Skunk River Bridge and go east 3/4 mile on hwy 61, left or north on gravel road 2 miles then right or east one mile passing Rock Spring Cemetery. Site is along creek near rock querry. Presently the old burial site is on the N.E corner of Walter Miller's land.

Doctor Edwin James has a stone of his wife Clarissa and infant son in the Rock Springs Cemetery 3.4 mile west of this site.

Leslie Wagner remembers as a child 60 years ago a basement with rock foundation and a cistern full of water covered by an iron plate. And he also recalled seeing stones leaning against the foundation, but none are visible now.
