This is a transcription of the 1836 Territorial Census for Dubuque County, Wisconsin Territory. It is a combination of several documents with information all placed in a single location. Each document by itself was helpful, but not complete enough. This census contains information from peoples living in the following counties (of today, not back then): Dubuque, Clayton, Fayette (partial), Delaware, Buchanan, Jackson, Jones, Linn (partial), Clinton, Cedar (partial) and Scott.

Note: The names do not appear in the same order as that of the original census. This may be rectified in a future revision of this document.
