These microfilm rolls are on file at the Keck Library in Wapello, Iowa where you can go personally to view them.  Other libraries in the county also have these microfilms available but do not have microfilm reader/printers.

You may want to check  your local or State Libraries for copies of these microfilms or they may be able to obtain them for you on interlibrary loan. Keep in mind some issues are missing and you are unlikely to find any obituaries in those very early newspapers  We do not have access to these in our homes to field questions on them. nfj
