Cedar Lawn Cemetery is located at East Pierce Street and McPherson Avenue in Council Bluffs and can be accessed by entering between the beautiful brick pillars which are located on either side of the road. It was founded in 1930 and commands a peaceful surrounding on the rolling hillside on the east side of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

John O'Connor is responsible for the care of the cemetery and it continues to serve the community in 1997.
