PUBLISHER'S SON KILLED IN ACTION
Bobbie Wallis, 18 of the United States Maries Corps, was killed in the battle of Saipan, according to information received Monday by Mrs. Marguerite Athay of Paris from the boys parents, Mr. and Mrs. John A Wallis, former residents, now of Ogden.
He was born in Paris, May 13, 1926 and lived there until 1938 when his parents sold the Paris Post and moved to Heber City, Utah and later to Ogden. Surviving in addition to his parents is a brother; Todd Wallis of the Air Force, stationed in India.
