Duane R. Hoffman

    PARMA - Duane R. Hoffman, 32, Parma, died yesterday in a local hospital.  He was born Dec. 23, 1930, in Penokee, Kan.
    Mr. Hoffman came to Wilder with his parents when he was 15 years old.  He graduated from the Wilder High School in 1950.  He has been employed by the Idaho power Co. at Parma for the past 12 years.
    He married Betty Davis May 23, 1952, in Caldwell.  They have made their home in Parma since that time.  He was a member of the Parma Nazarene Church.
    Survivors besides his wife, include two sons, Douglas and Kevin, both at home; a daughter, Teresa; his mother, Mrs. Harold Hoffman of Payette; a brother, Glen R. Hoffman, Payette, and a sister, Naomi Phillips, Caldwell.
    Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Parma Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel.  The Rev. Paul Canen and The Rev. Harold Walker will officiate.  Interment will be in Parma.
