Edward Haberer

    CALDWELL - Edward Daniel Haberer, 62, 2415 Iowa St., Caldwell, died Friday at a local hospital.
    He was born Jan. 29, 1906, in Bowdel, S.D., and moved to Aberdeen, Idaho, when a small boy, and later moved to American Falls where he made his home until 1942.   He married Georgia Scherupp Nov. 25, 1928, at Twin Falls.  She died Feb. 9, 1942.  He then moved to Caldwell where he married Dorothy Rowland on Oct. 12, 1946.  The couple has lived at Caldwell since.  He was  a member of the Episcopal Church in Twin Falls.
    He is survived by his wife Dorothy of Caldwell; three daughters, Mrs. Thelma Bunn of Wendell, Mrs. Colleen Whitmire of Nampa and Mrs. Marie Bayless of Poland, Ohio; a son, Larry Haberer of Mill Creek, Pa.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Charlene Osburn of Hyattsville, Md.; five brothers, Chris Haberer of Salt Lake City, Ted of American Falls, Bill of Los Anglels, Ben of Walla Walla, Wash., and Dick Haberer of Portland; five sisters, Mrs. Elferda Gradwahl of Walla Walla, Mrs. Pauline Peterson of Portland, Mrs. Ema Johnson of Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. Eva Wilsky of American Falls and Mrs. Emily Halloway of American Falls; and 10 grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by two brothers.
    Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Dakan Chapel in Caldwell with the rev. M. Dale Van de Grift officiating.  Interment will follow at Hillcrest. Memorial Gardens.
