Graveside services
for Frank A. James Sr., 55, of Trego, Mont., formerly of
Nampa, who died Tuesday, March 26, in a Kalispell, Mont.,
hospital of natural causes will be conducted at 2 p.m.
Wednesday at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
The Rev. Ray James,
a brother, will officiate. Friends may meet at the cemetery.
Services and interment are under the direction of the Alsip
Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
Mr. James was born Dec. 6, 1929, in Vonda, Colo.,
to Raymond and Nydia James. He
was reared and educated in
Colorado.
He later moved to
Seattle
and then to Wenatchee, Wash., where he lived for several years.
He married JoAnn Day on Dec. 7, 1947, in Wenatchee.
In 1955 they moved to Nampa where he and his wife owned and operated
the James Roofing Company for 28 years.
They moved to Trego, Mont.,
in July of 1984, where they made their home.
He had
been a member of the Nampa College Church of the Nazarene and
attended the Christian Missionary and Alliance Church in
Fortine, Mont.
He is survived by his wife of Trego, Mont.; one son, Frank A.
James II of Phoenix, Ariz.; one daughter, Roberta (Bobbi) Kuhn
of Nampa; his mother, Mrs. Alice James of Camphill, Penn.,
Willis James of Trego, Mont., Ray James of Nampa, Keith James
of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ken James of Phoenix, Ariz.;
six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in
death by two brothers.
Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel from 5 to
9 tonight; Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 8
a.m. to noon.
