Guy Hammer

    Guy Elgin Hammer, 40, of Nampa, died Sunday, January 7, 1996, near Burns, Oregon, as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident.  Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 1996, at Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa. Rev. Robert Miller of the First Church of the Nazarene will officiate.  Inurnment will be held later at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
    Guy was born December 22, 1955, in North Bend, Oregon, a son of Maynard and Betty Hammer.  He was raised and educated in Nampa and had worked for the Harris Corporation in Nampa until the time of his death.
    He is survived by a daughter, Nicole Hammer, and a stepdaughter, Victoria Hammer, both of Belfair, Washington; one sister, Cheryl Hammer of Nampa; three brothers, DeWayne and Wynn Hammer of Nampa, and Victor Hammer of Santa Fe, New Mexico; a grandmother, Mildred Ray of Nampa; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
    The family suggests memorials be made to Hope House, 11461 Lone Star Rd., Nampa, Idaho 83651.
