Funeral
services for Henry Norman Gettle, 69, Adrian, who died Sept. 6
at home, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. at Dakan Funeral
Chapel, Parma, by Pastor Ron Stroud, 7th-Day Adventist Church,
Parma. Interment will be at Roswell Cemetery, Roswell.
He was born June 21, 1912 in Los Angeles, Calif. where he
grew up with his family. On Nov. 22, 1940 he married Bertha
Hernandez. They farmed in Indio and Oroville, Calif. and later
at Bonanza and Adrian, Oregon. He enjoyed camping and hunting
with his family.
He is survived by his wife of Adrian; three daughters,
Dorothy of Adrian, Patty Mason, Caldwell and Chris Summers,
Klamath Falls, Ore.; three sons, James of Adrian, Mike,
Weiser, and John, Klamath Falls; two brothers, Jack and Oscar;
three sisters, Kate Kordick, Helen Chutuk, and Sophie Leko,
all of California; and 6 grandchildren. Friends may call at
the Parma chapel, Monday 6 to 8 p.m. |
