Funeral services for Henry
P. Howell, 70, Wilder, Route 1, who died Tuesday in a Caldwell
hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Golden Gate
Baptist Church, Wilder, by the Rev. Jack Mount of Golden Gate
Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Wilder Cemetery,
under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Homedale.
He was born April 12, 1910, in Mason City, Neb., to Albert
and Josephine Howell. He was reared and educated in Mason
City. He married Pearl Ross on June 10, 1931, in Broken Bow,
Neb. They moved to Wilder in 1947. He worked for Wilder Farms
Inc. for 26 years, retiring in 1975. He was a member of
Wilder First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of Wilder; four sons, Loren of
Payette, Richard of Meridian, John of Livingston, Mont., and
Roger of Wilder; four brothers, John Bull of Blackduck, Minn.,
Lafe Bull of Midvale, Jim Howell of Baker, Ore., and Albert
Howell of Ansley, Neb.; three sisters, Mae Brisbin of Kearney,
Neb., Margaret Boyer of Gibbon, Neb., and Ethel Howell of
Lincoln, Neb.; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and
nephews.
Friends may call at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Homedale,
Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to
noon. |
