JoAnn James

    JoAnn M. James, 62, of Nampa, died on Monday, Sept. 7, 1992, at the Caldwell hospital.  Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, 1992, at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.  Pastor Orval Halley of the Fairview Church or the Nazarene will officiate.  Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.  Services are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
    JoAnn M. James was born on March 7, 1930, at Sioux City, Iowa.  At an early age she moved with her family to Wenatchee, WA, where she was reared and educated.  She married Frank James Sr. on Dec. 7, 1947, at Wenatchee.  In 1955 they moved to Nampa.  In 1984 they moved to Trego, Montana.  Frank preceded her in death on March 26, 1985.  Following his death she returned to Nampa.  She attended the Fairview Church of the Nazarene and the Nampa Church of God.
    JoAnn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Bobbi and Marlin Kuhn, Nampa; her son and daughters-in-law, Frank A. II and Sharon James, Santee, CA; a brother, Elmer Day, Wenatchee, WA; 2 sisters, Barbara Hedgecoth, Everett, WA, and Bobbi Hansen, Sumner, WA; a sister-in-law, Leona Wald, Wenatchee, WA; and 6 grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and a sister.
    Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel today from 5 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    The family suggest memorials to the West Valley Medical Center Hospice Program, 1717 Arlington, Caldwell, ID 83605.
