of Nampa, died on Monday, Sept.
7, 1992, at the

JoAnn M. James was born on March 7, 1930, at Sioux City, Iowa.
At an early age she
moved with her family to
Wenatchee, WA, where she was reared and educated.
She married Frank
James Sr. on Dec. 7, 1947, at
In 1955 they moved to Nampa. In
1984 they moved to Trego, Montana.
Frank preceded her in
death on March 26, 1985. Following
his death she returned to
She attended the Fairview Church
of the Nazarene and the Nampa Church of God.
JoAnn is survived
by her daughter and son-in-law, Bobbi and Marlin Kuhn,
Nampa; her son and daughters-in-law, Frank A. II
and Sharon James, Santee,
CA; a brother, Elmer Day,
WA; 2 sisters, Barbara Hedgecoth, Everett, WA, and Bobbi
WA; a sister-in-law, Leona Wald,
WA; and 6 grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her parents, a brother and a sister.
Friends may call at
the Alsip Funeral Chapel today from 5 to 9 p.m. and on
Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The family suggest
memorials to the West Valley Medical Center Hospice Program,
