Jim Foster Jr. |
Jim N. Foster, Jr., 69, of Nampa, died Friday, July 14, 1995,
at his home of natural causes. Services will be held at
2 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, at Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel,
Nampa, with the Rev. Father Paul Mathews, S.M., of St. Paul's
Catholic Church, presiding. concluding services will
follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Nampa.
Jim was born March 4, 1926, in Eddy County, New Mexico, a son
of James and Mattie Bujce Foster. He grew up and
attended schools in New Mexico. He married Marcellas L.
White Oct. 9, 1957, at Las Vegas, Nev., and they made their
home in New Mexico until moving to Nampa in 1971. Here
he worked for several years at Armour Meat Packing as a meat
packer. Marcellas Foster died June 19, 1985. He
married Frankie Mosley Arehart April 2, 1994, at Elko, Nev.,
and they made their home in Nampa. He was a member of
the Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Frankie, of Nampa; a daughter,
Jeanette Gibbons of Alaska and her two children; a stepson,
Rodney Blackburn of Nampa; two stepdaughters, Christina Lynn
Blackburn and Brenda Kay Davlin, both of Nampa; two brothers
and several nieces and nephews.
Jim was also preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Friends may call at Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel until 9
p.m. tonight and from 9 a.m. until service time on Tuesday. |
