Joseph 'Joe' Francis |

Joseph E. "Joe" Francis, 67, died Tuesday August 22, 1995, at
West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell. Graveside
services will be held 3:30 p.m. Friday, August 25th at
Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Joe was born January 16, 1929, in Brooklyn, New York, to Mary
and John Francis. He was reared and educated in New
York. He entered the U.S. Air Force in February of 1946.
He was Honorably discharged in March of 1949. Later Joe
worked for RCA and owned and operated his own T.V. repair
business. Joe was truly a "Handyman". If Joe
couldn't fix it, it wasn't broken. Joe never met anyone
he didn't like and was aslways htere for anyone in need.
He was known by all the children in his neighborhood as Uncle
Joe.
Joe is survived by his daughter Chris Washburn of Caldwell,
and his son Nick Francis of Cocoa, Florida. Joe is also
survived by seven grandchildren, Kara Sabin of Boise; Kalee
and Krista Allcott of Caldwell; Arthur, Ethan, Nicholas and
Lindsey Francis of Cocoa, Florida. |
