Services for Kenneth Martin Frye, 82, of Melba, who died
Friday, July 25, in a Nampa care center, will be
conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel,
Nampa, with Dr. Fred Knight, pastor of the Melba Baptist
Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Melba
Cemetery.
Mr. Frye was born Aug. 14, 1903, in Ohio. At an early age
he moved with his family to Hutchinson, Kan., where he was
reared and educated.
He married Rose Sells Dec. 26, 1934, in Hutchinson. They
moved to California in 1940 where he worked in the naval
shipyards. In 1956 they moved to Idaho and made their home in
Melba.
He was a member of the Melba Baptist Church.
He is survived by a son, Kenneth E. Frye of Vallejo,
Calif.; a daughter, Patricia Dykes of Nampa; and a grandson,
Scott Dykes of California.
Friends may call at the Alsip Chapel today from 6 p.m. to
9 p.m., Monday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m.
to 9 a.m. |
