Lanetta John

    Services for Lanetta Lorinda John, 73, of 903 Grant St., Caldwell, who died Monday, May 30, at a Boise hospital, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, by the Rev. Nathan Shay of the Caldwell First Full Gospel Church.  Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
    She was born Dec. 13, 1909, in the Franklin Community near Nampa, to David E. and Fanny Nofziger Sommers, and was reared and educated there.  She married Donald J. John on Oct. 29, 1939, at Mountain Home.  They had made their home in Caldwell since that time.  She had been the organist at the Caldwell First Full Gospel Church and was a lifetime member there.
    She is survived by her husband of Caldwell; two brothers, Lester Sommers of Nampa and Elny Sommers of Madras, Ore.
    She was preceded in death by two sisters, Alta Waner and Pearl Young, and by a brother, Arthur Sommers.
    Friends may call at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, today from 4 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m.
    Memorials may be given to the First Full Gospel Church, P.O. Drawer B., Caldwell, Idaho, 83605.
