LaVone Goss

    CALDWELL - Graveside services for LaVone Goss, 58, Nampa Route 5, who died Monday at his home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Lower Boise Cemetery under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
    Personnel from the Mountain Home Air Force Base will perform military rites.
    He was born on Aug. 27, 1915, in Stone, Idaho and was reared in the Caldwell area.  He was a veteran of World War I1 and had worked in Boise Valley all of his life.  He worked for King Brown Nursery of Caldwell for several years before retiring in 1970 due lo ill health.
    Surviving are two sons, Gary and Thomas Goss, both of Nampa; two daughters, Linda Wilson, in North Carolina, and Vonda Kay, no address listed; three sisters, Norma Snow, Caldwell, Myrtle King, Union Gap, Wash., and Melba Hohstadt, Union, Ore.; a brother. Ivan Goss, Kuna; and eight grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by three grandchildren.
