Marie Louise John

    NAMPA -  Funeral Services for Mrs. Marie Louise John, 71, 1423 Ninth St. S., who died at her home Sunday following an extended illness, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Zion Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Frank O. Solberg, pastor, officiating.
    Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.  Services and interment are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
    Mrs. John was born July 28, 1900, at Fort Wayne, Ind., and was reared in Indiana.  She moved with her family to Kansas in 1910 and was married to Lorinz L. John June 12, 1921 at Natoma, Kan.  They moved in 1937 to the Nampa area, where she had since resided.
    Mrs. John was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, and was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church.  The family suggests that memorials may be given to the Zion Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Fund.
    She is survived by her husband, Lorenz L. John, Nampa; three sons, Edward John, Tacoma, Wash., Dr. Marvin John, Umatilla, Ore., and Dr. Hugo John, Lindstrom, Minn.; three daughters, Mrs. Irene Plant, Nampa, Mrs. Mildred Neher, Nampa, and Mrs. Louise Reynolds, Guam; three brothers, Edwin Doehrman, New Haven, Ind., Martin Doehrman, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Ray Doehrman, Dallas, Ore.; three sisters, Mrs. Ella Gleidt, New Haven, Ind., Mrs. Clara Walker, West Plains, Mo., and Mrs. Lydia Schulz, Portland, Ore. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one granddaughter.
