Orville Huffman

    Graveside services for Orville Lester Huffman, 62, Parma, who died at home Thursday, June 12, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Parma Cemetery by the Rev. Paul Evans of Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Parma, under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
    Mr. Huffman was born July 10, 1923, at Cabool, Mo.  He was reared and educated there.  He married Pauline Hicks Feb. 2, 1946, at Cabool.  They moved to the Parma area in 1946 where has worked for various farmers since that time.  He retired in November 1985 and enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, gathering firewood and being in the out-of-doors.
    He is survived by his wife of Parma; two sons, David Lynn Huffman and Tony Lee Huffman both of Parma; a brother William Huffman of Middleton; three sisters, Mary Sales and Middie Powers both of Springfield, Mo., and Elnora Smith of Mt. Vernon, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death two brothers and his parents.
    Friends may call at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
