Pearly Johnson

    Services for Pearly M. Johnson, 78, of Wilder, who died Monday, June 18, in a Caldwell hospital of natural causes, will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Dakan Funeral Chapel of Parma by Elder Lloyd Cannady of Nyssa, Ore.  Interment will follow in Wilder Cemetery.
    She was born June 9, 1906, in Ava, Mo., to William and Amanda Morris. She was reared and educated in Ava.  She married Fred Johnson in 1921 in Ava and they lived in Missouri until 1943.  They lived in Portland. Idaho and Missouri and in 1948 they moved back to Idaho and lived in the Wilder area where she worked on the family farm for several years. She was a member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, Wilder.
    She is survived by her husband of Wilder; two sons, Plais Johnson of Parma and Cecil W. Johnson of Wilder; five daughters, Deloice Lattion of Lebanon Ore., Fleta Roper of Wilder, Lorene Counts, St. Clair, Mo., Loretta Montague, of Weiser and Bonnie Dobyns of Gillette, Wyo.; two brothers, Russell Morris, of Willow Springs, Mo., and Lloyd Morris of Cabool, Mo.; 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
    She preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
    Memorials may he made to the American Cancer Society, in care of Dakan Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 1386, Caldwell, 83606.
    Friends may call at the Dakan Funeral Chapel of Caldwell today from 6 to 9 p.m.
