Services for
Richard Thomas Horney, 57, of Vancouver, Wash., formerly of
Nampa, who died Saturday, March 26, at a Vancouver hospital,
will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Alsip Funeral
Chapel with Dr. Robert E. Shields of Vancouver officiating.
Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
He was born May 13, 1925, at Crete, Neb., to James and Nellie
Horney. He was reared and educated in Crete. He
moved to Nampa in 1952 where he resided until December of 1980
when he moved to Vancouver where he has since made his home.
He was a member of the Nampa United Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Ralph (Margaret)
Patterson, Vancouver; and one niece, the Rev. Michaela R.
Dummond, Seattle, Wash. |
