William Grever

    William David "Billy" Grever, 41, of Caldwell, died Thursday, April 9, 1992 at the Caldwell hospital of natural causes.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 1992, at the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  Officiating will be Don Hardenbrook of Caldwell.  Interment will follow at the Middleton Cemetery.
    Billy was born to William E. and Alda J. Baldwin Grever on May 7, 1950 at Santa Cruz, California, where he was raised and educated.  He joined the U.S. Army in 1970 and served at Fort Sam Houston, Texas until he was honorably discharged. In 1979 he moved to Middleton, Idaho, later moving to Caldwell in 1984 where he had since resided. He married Cynthia D. Martin October 19, 1979 at Caldwell. They later renewed their wedding vows June 15,1991.
    Billy was an avid sportsman and outdoorsman.  He was also a loyal collector of football cards.
    Billy was a very loving and big hearted husband, father, son, and brother.  During his short time on earth he managed to touch many lives both young and old.  Billy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
    Survivors include: his wife, Cynthia of Caldwell; 3 children, David of Colorado, Heather and Ryan of Caldwell; his parents, William E. and Al& J. Grever of Middleton; a sister, Sarah Lee Taylor of Middleton; 2 brothers, ,Jesse and Kirby Grever of Caldwell; he is also survived by his mother and father-in-law, Martha and Clifton Martin of Middleton.
    Friends may call on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
