Hazel Knee

    Hazel R. Knee, 67, of Nampa, died Tuesday, February,9, 1993, at the Nampa hospital.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, February 12, 1993, at the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.  Rev. Monte Holt, pastor of the Nampa Church of God Prophecy will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
    Hazel was born March 15, 1925, at Hurley, Missouri, to Paul and Vina Snodgrass.  At a young age she moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa, where she was reared and educated.  She came to Nampa in 1943.  She married Floyd Knee November, 15, 1944, in Burley and they made their home in Nampa.  They farmed south of Lake Lowell for many years.  Floyd died December 16, 1978.  Hazel worked for Western Idaho Potato Processing in Nampa for 9 years.  She later retired and has resided in Nampa since.  She has been a member of the High Line Star Grange.
    Hazel is survived by 6 brothers, Kenneth Snodgrass, Boise, Tommy Snodgrass and Arthur Snodgrass, both of Council Bluffs, Iowa, James Snodgrass, Nampa, Willard Snodgrass, Tucson, Arizona, and Howard Snodgrass, Georgia; 3 sisters, Vera Stewart, Kuna, Jacquetta Roddonaff, Tucson, Arizona, and Louise Riche, Council Bluffs, Iowa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother.
    Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel until 9 ;.m. today and Friday from 8 to 11 a.m.
