Hazel Lee

    Services for Hazel M. Lee, 89, 2609 Sunnybrook Dr., Nampa, who died Friday, March 16 at home, will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel with Dr. John E. Riley, President Emeritus of Northwest Nazarene College officiating.  Riley will be assisted by the Rev. Lyle Robinson, Associate Pastor of the College Church of the Nazarene.  Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
    Mrs. Lee was born July 10, 1894 at Hamlin, N.D. where she attended grade school.  She attended high school at Mankato, Minn.
    She married Carl O. Lee Sept. 11, 1912 at Lidgerwood, N.D.  In 1938 they moved to Yakima, Wash., and in 1944 they moved to Nampa.  Her husband preceded her in death Feb. 4, 1968.
    She was a member of College Church of the Nazarene.
    She is survived by two sons, La Mont C. Lee of Anderson Island, Wash. and Robert D. Lee of Emmett; four daughters, Mrs. Paul (LaVerne) Swaim of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Virginia Baird of Palm Springs, Calif.; Mrs. Omer (Joyce) Durham of Boise and Mrs. Pat (Connie) DeRosa of Long Beach, Calif.; 23 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her husband and one son, Byron Lee who died Aug. 25, 1950.
    Friends may call at Alsip Funeral Chapel Monday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
