Jerri Jones

    Graveside services for Jerri Lynn Caward Jones, 26, formerly of Caldwell, who died Sunday, Feb. 16, 1992, in an auto accident which also claimed the life of her husband, Benny, near Grants, New Mexico, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Jim Hardenbrook of Caldwell will officiate under the direction of the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
    Jerri was born Feb. 7, 1966, in Caldwell, a daughter of Gerald A. and Ellen Meek Caward.  She was reared and educated in Caldwell and graduated from Caldwell High School in 1984.  She moved to Nevada in 1987.  She had married Benny Jones on Feb. 8, 1992, at Milan, New Mexico.
    Jerri is survived by two sons, Dustin Michael and Casey James Johnson, both of Imlay, NV.; her mother and stepfather, Ellen and Theron Riley of Imlay, NV.; her father, Gerald Caward of Caldwell; a brother, John and his wife, Kelly Bronson; two sisters, Sonya and her husband, Sergio Valenzuela, all of Caldwell, and Joy and her husband, James Vre Non of Baker City, Ore.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Sellars of Caldwell and Nona Hutchinson of Baker City, Ore.; a stepsister, Tamey Stanfield and stepbrothers, Lonny and Mickey Riley of Caldwell and Lenny Riley of Utah; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
    "We love her and she'll be deeply missed."
