Lexy M. Levy

    NAMPA Services for Lexy Levy, 67, of Melba, who died Friday in a Nampa hospital, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa, by the Rev. Leo W. Reed of the First Baptist Church.  
    Interment will be at Melba Cemetery.
    She was born on March 12, 1908, in Hagerman.  The family then moved to Melba, where she was reared and educated.  She married Clarence Levy in 1931 in Boise and they lived in Los Angeles, Calif. She worked for Packard Bell in Los Angeles for several years.  In 1966 she moved to Thousand Oaks, Calif., where she worked for Teladyne Manufacturing until 1973 when she retired and returned to Melba.
    Surviving are a son, Lt. Col. Louis Levy of Elgin Air Force Base, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. Lona Furst of Santa Monica, Calif.; three brothers, William Weech of Hagerman, Carl Weech of Melba, and Elven Frasch of Tacoma, Wash.; four sisters, Mrs. Ada Bray of Gooding, Mrs. Emma Montrose of Mountain Home, Mrs. Nellie Sanders of Carlin, Nev., and Margaret Wattenbarger of Idaho Falls; six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband in 1942, and by a son.
