MELBA - Services for Zelma A. Kugler, 60, of Melba Route 1,
who died Sunday at her home following a brief illness, will
be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Flahiff Funeral Chapel
of Nampa by Roy Wilson, minister of the Church of Christ,
Boise.
Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens,
with commital rites conducted by the Melba Rebekah Lodge No.
105.
Mrs. Kugler was born Oct. 5, 1914 at Norton, Kan.
She attended
Alameda,
Kan., Rural High School.
She later moved to
Nebraska
and married George H. Kugler April 8, 1936 at North
Platt,
Neb.
They farmed at Cozad, Neb.,
until moving to a farm at Melba in 1948.
She had since
resided there.
She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge No. 105.
Surviving are her
husband, of Melba; one son, Dale Kugler,
Calloway, Neb.; one daughter, Phyllis Roe, Nampa;
her mother, Mrs. Chloe Septer, Nampa; two brothers,
Sylvester Bailey, Linnwood, Calif., and Raymond Bailey,
Garden Grove, Calif.; one sister, Evelyn Louise Schick, Logan, Kan.;
four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several
nieces and nephews. Her
father preceded her in death.
Memorials may be given to the Arthritis Foundation or
flowers may be sent.
