Stella McKown     Stella E. McKown, 86, of Nampa, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 1995, at a Nampa care center.  Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct, 2, 1995, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.  Reverend Lonnie Wages of Wesleyan Holiness Church will officiate.  Services are under the direction of Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.     Stella was born Dec. 14, 1908, in Wichita, Kansas to Franklin and Mary Vonn Riner.  She grew up in Kansas and worked as a seamstress and a cook.  She met Mac McKown in 1943 and they were married in Kansas.  He passed away in 1948.  Stella moved to Nampa in 1971 where she has since resided.     She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Pat Mary and Tom Bingle of Nampa; a brother, Jack Riner of Wichita, Kansas; 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.     She was preceded in death by her husband, 15 brothers and sisters, and a great-grandson.     Friends my call on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
