Agnes Johnson Pederson, 95, Nampa, who died Sunday, July 22,
in her home, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in
the College Church of the Nazarene, 504 E. Dewey Ave.,
The Rev. Earl C. Darden,
associate pastor of the church will officiate, assisted by
Dr. John E. Riley, president emeritus of Northwest Nazarene
College. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest
Memorial Gardens. Services and interment are under the
direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
Mrs. Pederson was born Sept. 11, 1888, in Red Wing, Mo.
She was reared and educated in Minnesota and North Dakota.
She married Reinholdt Pederson in 1910 in North Dakota.
She owned and operated a nursing home in LaMoure, N.D. for
Mr. Pederson died in
1954. In 1955 she moved to Nampa where she had since made
her home. She was a member of the College Church of
the Nazarene and while living in LaMoure was a charter
member of the LaMoure Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. R.H. (Mildred) Pals,
Billings, Mont., and Mrs. Donald (Alice) Dunn, Caldwell; one
son, Gordon Pederson, Seattle, Wash.; one sister, Laura
Noble, Fergus Falls, Minn.; nine grandchildren; and 13

preceded in death by a son, Norman and a daughter, Helen.
