Darren Obendorf
    Services for Darren Eugene Obendorf, 27, of Nampa, who died Sunday, Nov. 22, in th Caldwell hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, will be held at 2 p.m Friday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
    The Rev. Joseph Housh of Nampa First United Methodist Church will officiate.  Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
    Mr. Obendorf, an auto body repairman, was born May 29 1960, at Caldwell to Larry and Norma Obendorf.  As a young child he moved with his family to Nampa, where he was reared and educated.  After graduatini from Nampa High School in 1978 he went to work with his father as an auto body repariman at Obendorf and Rowe Auto Body.  He was employed there until the time of his death.
    He spent a lot of his time various motorcycle clubs including the Southwestern Idaho, Desert Racing Association American Motorcycle Association and Owyhee Motorcycle Club.  He was the vice president of Dirt Inc. Motorcycle Club.  He ran in the Harvest Classic and was always physically preparing himself for the motorcycle races.
    He is survived by his parents of Nampa; a brother and sister-in-law, Perry and Kim Obendorf of Nampa; a sister, Cindy of Nampa; paternal grandparents, Bernard and Helen Obendorf of Parma; a maternal grandmother, Maude Thompson of Tillamook, Ore.; and several aunts, uncles.
    He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather.
