Delores Ann Morris
    Christian wake services for Dolores Ann Morris, 59, of Mesa, Ariz., and formerly of Nampa, who died Monday, July 13, at a Mesa hospital, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
    Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Nampa, by Father Merle J. Fisher, S.M.
    Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Nampa.
    Mrs. Morris was born Feb. 22, 1928, in Nampa to Mr. and Mrs. Hijlek.  She was reared and educated in Nampa.
    She worked for Woolworth's Department Store in Nampa for several years.
    She married Merle H. Morris Nov. 21, 1947, in Nampa.  They lived in Nampa until 1960 when they moved to Coos Bay, Ore., and she worked for the Eureka Fishery.
    They moved back to Nampa in 1967 and then moved to Mountain Home in 1981, where they managed Fields Trailer Park.  They moved to Mesa in April 1987.
    She was a member of the Catholic Church and worked as a volunteer for El-Ada, helping distribute commodities.
    She is survived by her husband of Mesa; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Tom and Sheila Morris of Whitefish, and Monty and Jack Morris of Boise; a daughter, Patricia Green of Mountain Home; three sisters, Violet Salek, Sister Mary Francis Clare and Marcy Harris, all of Nampa; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by a brother and a niece.
    Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, in care of Mrs. Bert Stone, memorial chairman, 1643 Park Ave., Nampa 83651; or flowers may be sent.
