Ethel Paterson
Graveside services for Ethel B. Paterson, 69, of Long
Beach, Calif., and formerly of Middleton, who died Oct. 22.
in Long Beach, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the
Middleton Cemetery.
The Rev. Tom
Black of the Community Christian Center, Boise, will
officiate, under the direction of the Flahiff Funeral
Chapel, Caldwell. Friends may meet at the cemetery.
Mrs. Paterson was born April 20,
1908, in Plato, Mo., to William and Flora Bray Sallee.
She was reared and educated in Missouri, and later resided
in Nebraska, before moving to Salmon and later to Caldwell.
She married Frank L. Paterson July 31, 1967, in Emmett.
He died in 1969.
She moved in 1971 to
Long Beach, where she had since resided.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur Thornberg of Kansas
City, Mo., and Ray Thornberg of Long Beach; two daughters,
Linda Enwall of Long Beach and Florence Rissell of Boise; 20
grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters and two brothers.
Friends may call at the Caldwell
Flahiff chapel Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 :30 p.m.
