Ethel O'Hara
    Ethel M. Bledsoe O'Hara, 91, of Nampa, died on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1996, at a Nampa retirement center.  Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 2, 1996, at the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.  Pastor Brad Arnold of the Nampa Bible Church will officiate.  Private family burial will follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
    Ethel M. (Bledsoe) O'Hara was born on May 27, 1905, in Stahl, Missouri, to Lora and Lulu Bell (Hedrick) Sharp. She married Lee Bledsoe in Stahl, MO, where they raised their four boys.  Lee and Ethel farmed in Missouri and he worked for a grocery store.  In 1951 they moved to Idaho.  They lived on a farm below Melba until moving to Nampa in 1971.  Lee preceded her in death on 1973.  On Oct. 5, 1974, Ethel married Robert J. O'Hara and they made their home in Nampa.  Robert preceded her in death on Jan. 5, 1992.  Ethel accepted the Lord as her Savior at a young age and attended the Baptist Church.
    Ethel is survived by a sister, Belva Byers, Colfax, WA; a son, Harvey Bledsoe, Hermiston, OR; 2 daughters-in-law, Joy and Pat Bledsoe, both of Nampa; 8 grandsons, Mike and Connie Bledsoe, Larry and Marie Bledsoe, Lloyd and Joung Bledsoe, Joe Bledsoe, Wendall Bledsoe and Randy Bledsoe, all of Nampa and Victor and Gayland Bledsoe, Hermiston, OR; 5 granddaughters, Cheryl and Tom Huxell, Hermiston, OR, Wilda and Rich Murphy, Salt Lake City, UT, Sonya and Craig DeBorde, Hayden Lake, ID, Yvonne and Tom White, Nampa and Harvetta and Bob Gray, Coeur d'Alene, ID; a sister-in-law, Peggy Sharp in MO; 38 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
    She was also preceded in death by 3 sons, Kenneth, Melvin and Carlos; a grandson, Steve Bledsoe; a brother, Elmer Sharp; a sister, Bertha Linhart and a daughter-in-law, Delores Bledsoe.
    Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel today until 9 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
