Gordon Olsen     Services for Gordon Thomas Olsen, 52, of 3100 11th Ave. N. Ext., Nampa, who died Friday, Oct. 28, at a Nampa hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Idaho State School and Hospital Chapel by the Rev. Leo W. Reed, chaplain.     Private interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell, under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel of Nampa.      He was born July 16, 1932, at Pocatello, a son of E.C. and Audray Tolmn Olsen.  He had been a patient at Idaho State School and Hospital for a number of years.     He is survived by his mother of Pocatello, and some brothers and sisters.  His father and a twin brother preceded him in death.
