Rosary services for Juan Manuel "Vedo" Olvera, 23, of Caldwell, who died Saturday, March 12, 1988, of injuries sustained in an industrial accident in Nampa, will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Nampa by Father Mauricio Medina.  Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Caldwell.
    Mr. Olvera was born June 10, 1964, at Burley to Manuel and Anjelita Cardenas Olvera.  He was reared and educated in Caldwell.  He had worked at various jobs and was currently working at Armour's in Nampa.
    He enjoyed fishing and working with electronics.
    He was a member of the Catholic Church.
    He is survived by a son, Martin Cruz Olvera of Caldwell; two daughters, Felicia Mia Olvera of Caldwell and Alexandria Romero of Montana; his parents, Manuel and Anjelita Olvera of Caldwell; a brother, Martin Olvera of Caldwell; three sisters, Maria Olvera and Diana Olvera, both of Caldwell, and Katie Olvera of Glendale, Ariz.; paternal grandfather, Anque Olvera of Caldwell; and maternal grandfather, Filomeno Cardenas of Caldwell.
    He was preceded in death by an infant brother and both grandmothers.
    Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.
