Johnny Munoz
    NAMPA - Memorial funeral services for Johnny Munoz, 16, 407 10th Ave. N., Nampa, who died Thursday of an accidental gunshot wound at his home, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa, with the Rev. Raul Gomez, Apostolic Assembly Church, Nyssa, Ore., officiating.  Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
    He was born Jan. 9, 1961 at Corpus Christi, Texas, where he was reared and attended schools.  He moved to Ogden, Utah in 1972 with his parents.  They moved to Nampa in February of 1977 and had resided here since.  He had been a student in the Nampa schools.
    He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Munoz, Nampa; two brothers, Ruben Munoz, Jr., Ogden, Utah, and Ralph Munoz, Nampa; three sisters, Mrs. Diane Templeman, Albuquerque,, N.M., Nadine Martinez and Emma G. Munoz, both of Nampa; his paternal grandfather, Jose Maria Munoz, Edinburg, Texas; and his maternal grandmother, Maclovia Flores, Corpus Christi, Texas.
