Kelly Newbill     Private family graveside services for Kelly James Newbill, infant son of Al and Eve Newbill, of Caldwell, Route 3, who was stillborn Monday, Sept. 26, at a Caldwell hospital, were conducted today at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell, by Father John Morgan of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Caldwell, under the direction of the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.     He is survived by his parents of Caldwell; a brother, Jack, at home; paternal grandparents Don and Marilyn Newbill of Nampa; maternal jrandparents Jack and Mary Ferbrache of Mountain Home; great-grandparents, Violet Hopper of Nampa, Gladys Newbill of Nyssa, Elsie Clontz of Utah and Mr. and Mrs. Ora Ferbrache of Mountain Home.
