Frances Myers
    Frances Myers, 85, of Caldwell, died Friday, December 31, 1993, at a Caldwell hospital of natural causes.  Funeral services will be conducted at 10 am. Monday, January 3, 1994 at the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  Rev. Brian Dyer, Pastor of the Ustick Church of the Nazarene, Caldwell, will officiate.  Burial will follow at the Greenleaf Cemetery.
    Mrs. Myers was born March 31, 1908 at Greenleaf, Idaho, the daughter of Frank and Estella Tish Stevens.  As a young girl she moved with her family to Caldwell where she attended schools and graduated from Caldwell High in 1926. She married Chester M. Thomas July 4, 1926 at Caldwell.  He died July 3, 1933.  She later married Olin Myers February 1, 1936 at Nampa.  They moved to Caldwell in 1937 where she had since resided.  Mr. Myers died November 25, 1989.
    Frances was a very active, as well as, faithful member of the Nazarene Church for over 74 years.  She belonged to the Ustick Church of the Nazarene at Caldwell.
    Frances was a very active correspondent, sending and receiving letters on a regular basis with family and friends.  She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.  She is dearly loved by her family who will greatly miss her.  At the time of her death she was the oldest living cousin of her generation of family members.
    Survivors include; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Lorena and Glen Grosenbach of Caldwell, Lola Mae and Brad Saffell of Palouse, WA., and Lynda and Daryl Johnson of Nampa; 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Elvin and Marilyn Thomas of Bremerton, WA., Kenneth and Nancy Myers of Schenectady, New York, and Lynn and Gail Myers of Peoria, AZ; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; numerous extended family; and a host of friends.
    In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, an infant daughter and a grandson.
    Friends may call at the Dakan Chapel today, January, 2, 1994, from 2 to 6 p.m.
    The family suggests that memorials be made to the Ustick Church of the Nazarene, 817 W. Ustick Road, Caldwell, Idaho 83605.
