Leonard F. Orm     Services for Leonard Fern Orm, 71, Parma, who died Monday in a Boise hospital, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Lienkaemper Chapel in Nyssa.  Interment will be at Roswell.     Mr. Orm was born Feb. 22, 1893, in Kansas.     He was a veteran of Wald War I and worked as caretaker of the Roswell Cemetery for many years.     Surviving are his wife, Jessie, Parma; two sons, Elvin, Nyssa, Ore., and David, Parma; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Johnson, Pendleton, Ore., and Mrs. Faye Johnson, Pilot Rock, Ore.; five grandchildren; one brother and one sister.
