Lewis Miller     Funeral services for Lewis Monroe Miller, 73, Parma. Route 3, who died Monday in Cascade, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, by Dr. Donald H, Frank of Boone Memorial Presbyterian Church, Caldwell.  Interment will follow in Wilder Cemetery.     He was born April 22, 1907, in Drewsey, Ore.  He was reared in Big Bend, near Adrian.  He lived most of his life in Big Bend and High Valley, near Smiths Ferry.     He is survived by his mother, Anna of Ontario, Ore.; and a sister, Ruth Morgan of Payette.  He was preceded in death by a sister.     Memorials may be made to Ducks Unlimited.     Friends may call in Dakan Funeral Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday.
