Mary M. Nofziger
    NAMPA - Memorial funeral services for Mary Mabel Nofziger, 75, of 430 W. Washington Nampa, who died Saturday at the home of her daughter in Boise, will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Alsip Funeral Chapel with Bishop James R. Kotter, Bishop of the Nampa 8th Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints officiating.  Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
    She was born Nov. 11, 1902, at Tremonton, Utah, where she was reared and attended schools.  At the age of 17 she moved with her parents to Nampa.  She married Walter Nofziger June 14, 1924, in Nampa and they had resided here since.  She had worked in the school hot lunch program for many years at Lone Star, Scism and Midway schools.  She retired in 1966.
    Mr. and Mrs. Nofziger had farmed in the Lone Star Community for many years.  Mr. Nofziger died Dec. 4, 1977 and she had resided in Nampa since.  She was a member of the Nampa 8th Ward LDS Church.
    She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Floyd (Barbara) Durr and Shirley Lester, both of Boise; two brothers, William A. Burman, El Cajon, Calif., and Wesley Burman, Marsing; one sister, Mrs. Cecil (Mae) Reeser, Pasco, Wash.; four grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, three brothers and one sister.
