Richard Tooley
Richard Joseph Tooley, 71, of
Parma, died Thursday November 30, 1995 at a Caldwell
hospital of natural causes. Graveside services will be
held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, 1995, at the Roswell Cemetery.
Don Hardenbrook, Associate Pastor of the Oregon Trail Church
of God, Caldwell, will officiate. Services are under
the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
Richard was born February 22, 1924 to Cornelius and Cinty
Tooley at Vanzant, Missouri. He was raised and
educated in Missouri and lived there until the 1940s when
the family moved to Idaho. He was a fur trapper all of
his life. He married Estha Whitehead
in 1952 and they have continued to live in the Parma area
until is death. Richard was loved by his many
children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He will
be deeply missed. He is survived by
his wife, Estha of Parma; two sisters, Faye Bowlin of Parma,
and Doris Tidwell of Milwaukee, OR.; a brother, Ed Tooley of
Parma. He was preceded in death by two
sisters and two brothers.
